Getting the app
Sendr Spots is on iPhone and currently in open beta. Join here. You will need the TestFlight app from Apple first.
Reporting a post or a user
Every spot and board post has a report option in the app, and you can block any user from their post. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours.
For anything urgent or serious, email spots@sendr.ph with the spot name and a screenshot.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app under Profile. If you cannot get in, email spots@sendr.ph from the address on the account and we will remove it. Your account details and personal content go within 30 days.
A spot is wrong or should not be listed
Spots are added by users, so mistakes happen. If a difficulty rating is dangerous, directions are wrong, or a spot sits on private land that should not be published, email us with the spot name. We will correct or remove it.
If you created the spot, you can edit or delete it yourself from the spot page in the app.
Beta feedback
In TestFlight you can send feedback directly, including a screenshot. Tell us what is slow, what is broken, and what is confusing. That is what the beta is for.
