By using Sendr Spots you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Your account

You must be at least 13 to hold an account. Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

What you post

You keep ownership of your spots, photos and posts. By posting, you give us permission to display and distribute that content inside the app, on this website and in material promoting the app. You can withdraw this by deleting the content.

You must have the right to post what you post. Do not upload other people's photos as your own.

Rules

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Do not post anything that:

• harasses, threatens, or targets a person or group
• is hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise obscene
• is illegal, or encourages something illegal
• impersonates someone else
• is spam, advertising, or a scam
• puts people at risk, including deliberately misdescribing a dangerous spot as easy
• reveals a location you do not have the right to share, including private land

Reporting and enforcement

Every spot and board post can be reported inside the app, and you can block any user. We review reports and aim to act on them within 24 hours. We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts, without notice where the situation calls for it.

To report something urgent, email spots@sendr.ph.

Spots are user-generated. Go carefully.

Difficulty ratings, directions, amenities and conditions are submitted by other users. They may be wrong, out of date, or describe something beyond your ability.

Outdoor activities carry real risk of injury and death. Weather changes. Trails wash out. Access permissions change. You are responsible for judging whether a spot is safe for you, for checking conditions yourself, for having the right skills and equipment, and for obtaining any permit or permission needed.

Some spots sit on private or protected land. Being listed here is not permission to enter.

Our liability

Sendr Spots is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Sendr Action Agency, OPC is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app or from visiting any spot listed in it.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.

Ending your access

You may delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes fall to the courts of Makati City.
